When you talk about Big E, “big” is just the beginning. A 290-pound powerhouse with the strength to deadlift a car, Big E blends brute force with surprising agility.

Before WWE, Big E was a state champion wrestler and a dominant defensive lineman at the University of Iowa. He bulldozed his way through NXT to win the NXT Championship, then captured the Intercontinental Title on Raw.

But it was as a founding member of The New Day — alongside Kofi Kingston and Xavier Woods — that Big E truly shined, combining powerhouse offense with infectious charisma and the “Power of Positivity.” The New Day became one of WWE’s most dominant and beloved factions, setting the record for longest Tag Team Championship reign in history.

Drafted to SmackDown in 2020, Big E carved out his own legacy, winning the Intercontinental Title again, then cashing in his Money in the Bank contract in 2021 to capture the WWE Championship — the pinnacle of his career.
